We ship all products via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground or FedEx ground. If you would like faster shipping, please feel free to contact us for a quote.
Please note that we cannot control operating hours or any transit delays once the product has left our hands and is with the shipping provider.
RETURNS
Due to our products being customized and made-to-order, we can not accept any returns or provide any refunds. If you receive an incorrect product or if there is a defect, please reach out to us at MountainBrookCustom@gmail.com and we will correct the issue right away. If your product was damaged in shipping, please send a picture of the shipping box and broken products to MountainBrookCustom@gmail.com and hold onto the packaging materials and product until advised by Mountain Brook Custom.
