The boards are sanded to a smooth finish and sealed with a high-quality, food-safe finish made from mineral oils and natural waxes without the use of dyes or chemicals. Note that since all wood is unique the grain pattern and colors will look different from the photos.

Personalized Engraved Handle Charcuterie/Cutting Board
Washing:
For a nice long life for your new board, please only hand wash this item. Wash all sides of the board with water, light soap, and a soft scrub brush or washcloth. Dry the board with a lint free cloth and let the board dry upright on one of the ends preferably on a drying rack so it can fully air dry.
Oil & Wax:
To help ensure that you board does not dry out and crack and to maintain a clean board, please oil and wax your board regularly. About every month should be fine, or sooner if it starts to look like it is drying out. You can find food safe mineral oil and wax at your local hardware store or online. Apply a generous amount of oil first and let that that soak into the board for a couple hours or overnight. Wipe off any excess and then apply your wax. Let the wax dry overnight and buff with a lint free cloth the next day.
